It is that time of the year again when the Maritzburg College Foundation is in full swing with giving back to all our donors who have generously given to us over the last financial year – it is Section18A season!
As our donors know, a Section18A certificate is a specially prescribed receipt issued by a section 18A-approved organisation potentially entitling the donor to an income tax deduction for the donations made.
We believe that every donor who has given to the Foundation, regardless of the monetary amount, is entitled to receive a certificate and everyone will be contacted over the next few days.
Please let us know whether you wish to have a S18A certificate for your donation/s, and also assist with confirming the address (physical or postal) that we should include on the certificate. This address must match the address that SARS has on file. Please do not forget to include your tax registration number.
