The Foundation hosted their 8th Annual General Meeting on 24 November 2021 as a virtual meeting via Zoom. With a newly-appointed board of directors for 2021 and Mr Steve Colenbrander (Colenbrander Inc) as chairman at the helm, the Foundation presented a fully-audited annual financial report, chairman’s report, and management accounts to a total of 21 Foundation donors. With a tangible and renewed vibrancy and an unwavering commitment to transparency, the meeting received a good response, with a number of important topics covered.
This AGM was felt to be an extremely positive step forward for the Foundation following the 2-year Covid period.
